Chao Hostel provides free browser entertainment to UK residents aged eighteen or over. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet both requirements and agree to the conditions below.
Fictional chips, entirely free.
Virtual Chips are entertainment points with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed. There are no cash prizes or prizes of value, and no paid alternative for obtaining chips.
Each game’s rules and paytable govern its features and fictional awards. Preview is illustrative. Past results do not promise later outcomes or predict success in real-money gambling.
Your account and a guest visit.
Provide accurate account details, protect your password and sign out on shared devices. Do not sell accounts, share access credentials or bypass restrictions. Support never needs your password in a message.
A free account opens all 107 games. Six titles can be played as a guest under the same UK/18+ requirements. Account and guest balances are separate; guest rounds and credits do not transfer into an account.
Recorded rounds and free-credit conditions.
The server determines and records game results and credit changes. Repeating a recorded request identifier recovers that result without a new charge or award. Complete any pending bonus choice before switching games.
Eligible new accounts start with 100,000 Virtual Chips. Below fifty credits, a free account refill is available no more than once per twenty-four hours after pending features are completed. Other optional extras have their displayed eligibility conditions. A software error may require a record to be corrected; include the round identifier when reporting one.
Personal lists are optional.
Favourites, collections and the six-game Keyring are organisational tools. Their order and private notes do not change probabilities, award chips or start automatic play. You do not need to complete a list.
Keep Keyring reminders brief and avoid sensitive or unlawful content. Public sharing, where used, is a separate deliberate action; private account records are not part of a shared collection link.
Breaks and account controls.
Player Care offers voluntary breaks. A confirmed account break signs out active sessions and blocks account play until the displayed end time; normal controls cannot cancel it early. Do not create another account to evade a break.
Reminders and reduced effects can support your chosen pace. They do not replace personal limits or independent help. Account privacy provides a password-confirmed export and permanent deletion.
Respectful access and availability.
Do not exploit errors, automate abusive requests, disrupt the service, bypass access or eligibility checks, or infringe rights in the software and artwork. Permission for personal play is not permission to redistribute site assets.
Games require JavaScript and appropriate browser support. Access may be interrupted or features changed. We may restrict accounts used to abuse the service or evade its rules. The current version and update date are shown on this page.

Privacy and Cookies explain information use and storage controls. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using the service whenever you choose.
