A welcoming door also makes leaving easy. Decide how much of your day belongs here, and give yourself room to do something else.
Keep the fictional boundary in view.
Virtual Chips are free game points with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed. Neither cash prizes nor prizes of value are offered.
Animated wins and bonus sequences are entertainment. Results here do not predict success in real-money gambling, and a past result is not a promise about another round.
Choose a pause that is useful to you.
Play comfort offers reminders and presentation controls. Lower sound, reduce optional effects or leave the page; you do not need to finish another round because a reminder appeared.
The controls below enforce a break for the selected period. An account break applies across sessions and cannot be cancelled early. A guest browser break is limited to the browser and may be lost when its storage is cleared.
Optional activities can remain optional.
The reward desk, quests, shared skyline and your Keyring do not create an obligation. You can miss a daily extra, leave a list unfinished or decide not to return.
If play feels uncomfortable or takes more attention than you intended, step away. A site setting can help set a boundary, but it is not a substitute for independent support.
Independent help is available.
GamCare provides gambling-harm support at gamcare.org.uk. The National Gambling Helpline is available on 0808 8020 133. In an immediate emergency, call 999.
Our reception team handles Chao Hostel accounts, games and site requests. It is not a clinical or crisis service. Use Contact for a site issue and independent services when you need specialist help.

A break that stays in place.
A confirmed break immediately signs you out on every device and blocks account login and play for the chosen period. It cannot be cancelled or shortened. Do not create another account or use guest play to get around a break.
