Start with the situation that fits your visit. If the answer is not here, send a support request and keep its private page for replies.
Finding a game or trying it first.
All games displays the complete catalogue. Search a name, select a feature or choose one of six destinations. Clear all filters restores every title; Mix the games changes their order.
Preview begins automatically and uses no chips. Six guest games can be played after the UK/18+ declaration. A free account is required for the remaining titles.
Understanding the number beside your account.
That number is your fictional Virtual Chip balance. It is shared by account games and free account rewards. It has no monetary value, purchase option, transfer or redemption.
Guest play has a different balance for its six games. A qualifying account below 50 credits can request a free refill in Your room, once per 24 hours after pending bonus choices are complete.
A stopped connection or unfinished feature.
Reopen the same game and use its recovery or retry controls. The server returns an existing recorded result for the same request without charging again.
Complete any pending bonus decision before changing games. For support, provide the title, what you were doing and the visible round identifier, if available. Never send a password.
Keeping, finding or changing keys.
My keys in the header opens your account Keyring. Your room lets you choose six games, add private reminders, change their order and remove a key. Hearts are a separate favourites list.
A message about another tab means a newer list was saved elsewhere. Review the refreshed list and repeat your intended change. Saving keys does not affect rewards or play outcomes.
Making the visit more comfortable.
Play comfort contains sound, motion, visual-detail and reminder settings. Device reduced-motion settings are also respected for optional effects. Some game motion remains necessary to present a round.
A confirmed account break in Player Care applies across signed-in sessions and cannot be ended early through normal controls. A guest browser break depends on that browser retaining its storage.
Account access and private requests.
Account security provides password and session controls. Account privacy offers a password-confirmed export and permanent deletion. Use account recovery or Contact when you cannot sign in.
Support assigns a stable reference to a saved request. Keep the private request page to read replies. A saved request confirms storage in the service, not delivery of an external email. Include only information needed to resolve the issue.
