A chip balance is part of the game experience. It is never money, a payment balance or something you can exchange for value.
Two visits, two separate balances.
A new free account starts with 100,000 Virtual Chips shared by all 107 games. A guest visit starts with a separate 100,000-chip balance for six games, lasting seven days in its browser.
Signing in opens your account records. Guest chips, rounds and bonus progress are not merged into an account. All chips are free and fictional, without purchase, transfer or redemption.
Return to the recorded round.
When a connection fails, return to the same game. Its retry or recovery controls retrieve the result already associated with the request identifier. A recorded request is not charged again.
Use Reconnect when the connection is available. Finish a pending bonus choice before changing games so the recorded feature can be completed in the correct player.
Free refill conditions.
Your room offers an account refill below 50 credits, no more than once every 24 hours, after any pending feature is finished. No payment option is offered.
Daily extras and quest awards also use the account’s shared balance and have their own displayed conditions. You are never required to claim them or return on a schedule.
Read the activity, or ask reception.
Your room shows credit changes and the resulting balance in a bounded, paginated activity list. A game award is a fictional-chip entry, not money received.
If a result remains unclear, contact support with the game name and visible round identifier. Explain what happened and when, without including your password or payment details.
